Acceptance Of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to our websites, including mysmile.com, dentalclinicinsandiego.com and dentalclinicsandiego.com. By using our websites or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites.
No Dentist-Patient Relationship
The content on our websites is provided for general informational purposes only and is not dental or medical advice. Using our websites, submitting a form, or receiving communications from us does not create a dentist-patient relationship.
A dentist-patient relationship is established only after an in-person clinical evaluation at our office. Always consult a licensed dental professional regarding your individual condition.
Appointment Requests
Submitting a form on our websites is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after our office contacts you and you receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointment requests.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Dental Expressions operates two separate text message programs. You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number on a form on one of our websites and separately checking the consent box for the program you wish to join. Each program has its own checkbox and neither box is pre-checked.
Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages. Consent is optional, is not required to submit any form, and is never a condition of purchase or of receiving dental care. You may consent to one program, both, or neither.

| Carriers And Delivery | Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is outside our control. |
| Protected Health Information | Our text messages are limited to scheduling and general practice information. We do not send treatment details, diagnoses, or clinical results by text message. If you reply with health information, you do so at your own discretion and acknowledge that standard text messaging is not a secure channel. |
Your Information
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes, and the consent you provide to receive text messages, are not shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is disclosed only to the messaging service provider that transmits our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

Accuracy Of Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting a form, including a mobile number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. If your mobile number changes, notify us so that we do not send messages to a number you no longer control.
Email Communications
If you provide your email address, you may receive appointment-related emails and, where you have consented, promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link included in each message.
Promotions And Offers
Promotional offers advertised on our websites, including the New Patient Special, are subject to the following:
